  • 02What are your service areas?

Our service areas include: Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Jerome, Clarkdale, Cornville and Camp Verde.

  • 03How do I sign up for your cat sitting service?

The first thing is to make sure that we are available for the dates you need the service. Simply reach out to us via our contact form and ask about the dates you need. If they are available, you can then book your service dates using our separate sign-up form . It's that easy!

  • 04After signing up, when is the payment due?

For drop-in visits, full payment is due at the time of booking. For house sitting, bookings up to two weeks in length are also paid in full at the time of booking. For house sitting bookings longer than two weeks, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of service.

  • 05What methods of payment do you accept?

These payment methods are accepted in order of preference: Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.

Yes! We offer new clients 10% off their first booking.

  • 07What is your cancellation policy?

Drop-in visits may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be refunded at 50% of the booking fee. House sitting bookings up to two weeks are non-refundable. For bookings longer than two weeks, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled, with the remaining balance no longer due.

  • 09Do you require a meet and greet before starting your first visit? Are they free?

  • 10Do you offer sitting services for dogs and other animals?

We are a specialty service that caters to cats only.

  • 11Can you board our cat?

Sorry, but we only offer cat sitting services at your home.

  • 12Do you accommodate special diets for cats?

The short answer is yes. However, if your cat requires raw meals to be prepared, an additional fee may be required as raw food prep is very time intensive to help ensure quality.

  • 13How much playtime do you commit to each daily visit?

It really depends on the length of each sit. While a 30 min. visit goes pretty fast, we usually dedicate about 10 min. to playtime with everything else we have to do. Naturally, a 60 min. visit will allow for much longer playtime.

  • 14How much grooming do you commit to each daily visit?

Just like with playtime, it varies depending on the length of the visit.

  • 15Can you administer medications and supplements?

Yes, our staff is qualified in administering medications and supplements…even sub-q fluids. Please let us know in advance which delivery method you use so that we can do the same.

  • 16Do you clean the litter box at each visit?

Yes, we do tidy up the litter box. If time allows, we'll even perform a complete litter box change if it's very full.

  • 17Will you get our mail, water indoor plants, refill bird feeders and vacuum excess litter?

Yes, we will definitely accommodate you in those areas, but it really depends on the available time. Typically, with 30 min. visits we have time to bring in the mail, provide food/fresh water, meds, grooming and playtime. We'd really need a 60 min. visit to also water the indoor plants, refill bird feeders and vacuum any excess litter.

  • 18Are your sitter's CPR trained in the event of an emergency?

Yes, all of our sitters are trained in CPR and emergency response. Clients are also required to provide contact info for their local vet, and are responsible for any vet bill reimbursement to the sitter should the need arise.

  • 22Do you offer a written record of the services you performed while cat sitting?
